The Rocky Springs Carousel Association relies on the help of volunteers to preserve the history of the carousel. The Board has formed the following committees to work on projects/initiatives:
Communications/Marketing – Chair: Matthew McCall
Description: Oversees the branding, communication, marketing, and social media strategy for all volunteers and the association.
Finance – Chair: Jacob Glensor
Description: Standing committee that drafts the budget for board approval and monitors the finances for the association.
Fundraising – Chair: Dustin Knarr
Description: Oversees the planning, development, management, and implementation of the association’s fundraising plan.
Restoration – Chair: Ray Bradley
Description: Ensures that the expenditures supporting restoration projects funded under the RSCA Restoration Fund are managed in a prioritized manner that contributes to the overall restore of any project assigned.
Volunteers – Chair: Carol Wanner
Description: Identifies opportunities to recruit volunteers to serve on committees and assist on association projects and initiatives.
